Ivan is a Director in the practice overseeing larger projects with a keen interest in the environmental aspects of design. He has a wealth of experience in natural daylighting and ventilation. He has a keen interest in 3D modelling and scripting as well as practice development and management.

Prior to founding del Renzio & del Renzio he previously worked at Foster + Partners in the Specialist Modelling Group.

He is a member of the local Ramsgate Heritage Design Forum and an RIBA Mentor for architecture students.

Valentine joined the practice as a part time model maker in 2015 whilst studying for his International Baccalaureate. He is shortly finishing his Part I studies at the University of Kent. He currently works part time at the practice.

Valentine is a keen traveler having hitchhiked most of Europe and Japan. He is a native french speaker and is interested in photography, music and modelmaking.

BA (Hons) Architecture

Tabi joined the practice after recently graduating with honours from Falmouth University where she developed an interest in sustainable materials. Tabi is keen to progress her career in the built environment as well as learning more about fusing art with architecture.

Tabi is a keen runner, recently completing a half marathon and enjoys competitive football. She also enjoys painting in her spare time.

BA (Hons) Arch., MA Arch. (Part II)

Pier-Luigi is a Director and co-founded the practice with Ivan. He has a passion for detailing and technical design as well as the renovation and repair of listed buildings. He works closely with artists and galleries providing solutions to challenging projects.

Prior to founding del Renzio & del Renzio he worked on large infrastructure projects at Grimshaw Architects. Post Part II he worked freelance on design projects for universities and local authorities.

AVCE in Construction & Built Environment, HNC in Building Studies.

Andrew has vast experience on bespoke residential projects as well as high end residential projects for various National Housing Developers through Kent based practices.
Andrew specialises in project building surveying, Rhino 3D modelling, Technical Drawing and Building Regulations packages.

About me

Ben recently joined our practice to assist with the software, communications and 3D CGI development.

Having recently graduated from University of East Anglia, with a degree in BSc Computer Science, Ben provides key support to our technical department.

BA (Hons) in Psychology & Kinesiology.

Sarah has a background in Global Corporate Event Management across industries having worked at Momentum Worldwide, IBM Canada and the 2012 Olympics in London.

Sarah ensures the smooth running of the practice with all things non-design related.

After a short career break for family life and a move to the coast she joined del Renzio & del Renzio in 2018.

About me

BA(Hons), Dip Arch Grad, Dip Cons AA RIBA .

David’s passion is developing a building design through the detail of junctions and an understanding of the trades. Whether applied to historic fabric or within modern contractor led procurement.

David has been involved in the design of educational environments for 20 years, ranging from nurseries to primary and secondary schools.

David has worked in special needs environments, initially with deaf children and then with epilepsy. After years as a school governor he has insight into how education is delivered and funded.

Whilst we do not have an immediate vacancy, we are eager to welcome aspiring individuals to our team, whether just beginning their career in architecture or an experienced professional seeking to develop.
